How we work
- Visit to the site.
- Measurements, photo documentation, documentation of existing engineering connections and seating arrangements.
- Live briefing (face-to-face meeting or video call) — discussion of each area: customer expectations, desired scope of changes, functional requirements.
- Formulation of technical specifications, agreement on project scope and budget.
Duration: 1 week
- Formulation of the overall concept for Fire & Smoke — interior design: cosiness, privacy, “smokiness”, deep tones, atmospheric scents and botanical accents.
- Layout and zoning: location of key functional areas, correction of planning solutions.
- Proposals for additional decoration and functional elements to enhance the image of the establishment.
- Determining the atmosphere of each area: level of privacy, lighting, textures, materials. Project implementation at all stages.
- Communication with contractors and builders, resolution of technical issues.
- Making adjustments as necessary — without deviating from the concept.
Duration: 1–3 weeks
- Analysis and design of seating areas: indoor areas with air conditioning, covered terraces, and outdoor areas.
- Exterior zoning: purpose of each seating area, well-thought-out logistics for moving between them.
- Concept for canopies, privacy fencing, lighting, and landscaping—with the aim of preserving the overall “smoky” atmosphere and guest comfort.
Timeframe: 1–2 weeks
- Selection of finishing materials, furniture, lighting fixtures, textiles, and plants in accordance with the concept.
- Formulation of specifications by category and preparation of commercial offers from suppliers.
- Approval of the final list of items before moving on to the technical part.
Timeframe: 1–2 weeks
- Preparation of technical drawings for the necessary structures (for assembly and installation) after approval of the layout.
- Engineering solutions: lighting, sound (speakers, audio system), backlighting, placement of diffusers and air fresheners.
- Coordination of all requirements with contractors and installation work.
Timeframe: 2–3 weeks
Result: final renders and/or videos

- Putting together a complete set: furniture, lighting, decor, tableware, textiles, accessories — all in line with the approved concept.
- Preparation of a commercial proposal with a complete estimate for the set and work.

- Monitoring project implementation at all stages.
- Communicating with contractors and builders, resolving technical issues.
- Making adjustments as necessary without deviating from the concept.
